Customs clearance services

Assistance in entering information about an enterprise (legal entity or individual entrepreneur) - a foreign trader - into the Register of Persons Dealing with Goods (accreditation services in the customs authorities of Ukraine), creating a temporary account of individuals (citizens and foreigners) for the purpose of customs clearance of goods and cargoes received at their address in unaccompanied baggage or sent by them abroad, making changes in the credentials of foreign traders in the Register.

Declaration and customs clearance of goods and cargoes in the regimes of import, export, temporary import or export, processing/repair and other customs regimes.

Solving issues related to customs clearance of goods: signing letters, permits, approvals, obtaining preliminary decisions of customs authorities on the classification of goods in accordance with the UKTZED, determining the country of origin of goods, granting permission to place goods in certain customs regimes in cases provided for by the current Customs Code.

Assistance in the preparation of documents for obtaining and obtaining EUR1 certificates from the customs authorities of Ukraine.

Assistance in obtaining permits such as: decisions, clarifications, conclusions of product certification bodies, certificates/declarations of conformity from UKRSEPRO bodies, SES conclusions and other documents required for customs clearance and sale of goods in Ukraine.

Assistance in passing phytosanitary, sanitary-epidemiological, veterinary-sanitary, environmental, radiological and food inspections required by the current legislation of Ukraine for goods and cargoes in the relevant customs regimes.

The cost of services, taking into account the complex of requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine for various types of goods, an individual approach to their customs brokerage services, is contractual and is determined by the complexity of customs clearance depending on the type, nomenclature and quantity of goods.
